Malaysia E-VISA Documents Checklist


  • The current passport (with a minimum validity of 06 months until the scheduled return date)
  • Last sticker visa (If Available)
  • Last entry exit seal (If Available)
  • Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of Last 06 months for both company & personal. Balance should have minimum TK. 60,000 for single applicants and TK. 1, 20,000 for family.
  • 02 recent color photographs with a white background but no cap or sunglasses (size 3.5 X 5 cm). The applicant’s ear must be visible in their image.
  • Please keep in mind that the photo should not be older than 03 months and should not have been used in any previous visa applications.


Note: All above documents’ Scan copy is required.


Professional Documents


  • For Business Person: For proprietorship, partnerships, and limited companies, a trade license (renewal), business card and a forwarding letter in the company’s letterhead pad are necessary.
  • Additional documents for Partnership:  Business agreement/deed copy.
  • Additional documents for Limited company: Memorandum of article, certificate of incorporation, form XII, VAT, IRC and Membership certificate (If any).

  • For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC) , pay Slip / salary statement, GO and note verbal (for official passport holders)

  • For Student: Student ID copy, school leave letter / Academic calendar.


Financial Documents


  • Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of Last 06 months for both company & personal. Balance should have minimum TK. 60,000 for single applicants and TK. 1, 20,000 for family.


Overseas Documents


  • A letter of invitation from the host organization in Malaysia. Moreover, conference registration details must be described in the letter.
  • A letter from your employer stating the reasons for your visit, contact details of the business parties involved and your employment contract.


Service Charge: BDT 6,000/- per person (excluding Embassy fee and Documents English translation and notarization fee).
